Elle est pass\u00e9e d&rsquo;une puissance de 7 W \u00e0 100 W.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nActuellement, le PoE peut alimenter la majorit\u00e9 des automates. L&rsquo;utilisation du r\u00e9seau n\u00e9cessite n\u00e9anmoins la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;un appareil source d&rsquo;alimentation, le PSE (Power Sourcing Equipment), et des appareils terminaux ou aliment\u00e9s. D&rsquo;ici peu, le PoE pourrait devenir un standard universel avec un protocole TCP\/IP. Autrement dit, un seul dispositif permettra d&rsquo;alimenter tous les appareils (Climatisation, ventilation&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, il existe des solutions PoE destin\u00e9es aux bureaux. Les commutateurs de r\u00e9seau envoient les ordres sur le r\u00e9seau Ethernet alimentant l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 des luminaires. Les terminaux d&rsquo;un r\u00e9seau PoE sont quant \u00e0 eux aliment\u00e9s par un courant continu sous 48 V. \u00c0 noter qu&rsquo;il existe des boitiers terminaux en PoE. Ceux comportant plusieurs Ethernet sont plus avantageux compte tenu de la possibilit\u00e9 de tout raccorder \u00e0 un m\u00eame r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n<p>La possibilit\u00e9 de piloter les installations \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un smartphone fait tout l&rsquo;avantage du PoE. Il suffit que l&rsquo;utilisateur soit reconnu pour acc\u00e9der aux commandes des divers dispositifs. Cela est avantageux pour la gestion de la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Mais les avantages concernent aussi et surtout la souplesse de cette solution.
